School Chaplain

Required from 1st September 2018.

The Governing Body  seeks to appoint a full time School Chaplain to play a key role in the spiritual development and pastoral support of students, families and staff.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a practising Roman Catholic in good standing in the Church
  • Have a passion for promoting gospel values and the distinctive nature of the school
  • Have experience of working with young people
  • Support and help guide the spiritual journey of the school community

27.5 Hours per week, Term time only + 5 days, Required for September 2018

Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated Cover Supervisor to join our thriving Catholic school community. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering teaching as a career or for an experienced Teaching Assistant wishing to take on additional responsibilities.

Our Cover Supervisors work as part of a team and have various responsibilities which include mentoring and support for individual or small groups of pupils, providing short term cover for absent colleagues, supervision of our seclusion room as well as carrying out administrative tasks for departments or for whole school events.
