Business Success

Congratulations to the "Candy Queens" who took part in the Tenner Challenge and won the national award for the social impact of their business. The team will travel to London in May to receive the award as well and will visit Madame Tussaud's as part of the prize.

Door of Mercy

Based on the relay of prayer, the Door of Mercy is travelling around all the schools in the Diocese of Salford. On Ash Wednesday the door arrived from Stonyhurst College and was used as a focus for collective worship in the Year 10 assembly.

Cheerdance Champs

Well done to Isabel Milligan, Molly Reynolds, Ceara Kissock, Emily Warren and Gina Brand who received 1st place trophies in their cheerdance events at Burnley Mechanics in October 2015. Also to Erin Mulderig, Beth Hurst, Aniela James, Corey Thompson, Emily Thomas who received 2nd place trophies in their events.

HCPT CHARITY

Well done to Year 8 for their hard work in raising money to support HCPT over the last twelve months. HCPT is a charity that supports young people who travel to Lourdes. Father Jude from Coach 72 visited to school to explain the work of HCPT and receive a cheque for over £780.
