At St Augustine’s we pride ourselves on the highest standards of uniform for all our pupils and appreciate the support of our parents and carers in maintaining these high standards.  To ensure a smooth start to the term we respectfully remind you that all pupils should adhere to the uniform policy.

A reminder that this includes no: false tan; false nails; false eyelashes.

Hair should be one natural colour and not dyed. Inappropriate hairstyles (e.g. wedges, shaved sections, extensions, anything shorter than a Number 2 cut, hair covering the eyes) are unacceptable. Please see our uniform policy for further clarification.

If you need to purchase new uniform our three stockists are;

RVS Clitheroe – open each day until 4pm for click and collect (orders can be placed online or via the telephone).

Whittakers – Blackburn – online orders.

Gray’s – Clitheroe and Blackburn- online orders.

Well done to our Year 9 and Year 10 public speaking teams who are taking part in the Rotary Club Public Speaking competition.

Well done to the Year 7 girls' football team who beat Carr Hill 8-0 to progress to the quarter-finals of the Lancashire Cup

Year 11 pupils pictured delivering Nightsafe parcels to provide comfort and joy to local people who found themselves homeless in the Blackburn area over the Christmas period.

This year's party included music from the school band, school choir and soloists, dancing and bingo (see gallery).

This year's Carol Service was on the theme of Mary, with readings, carols and music enjoyed by the congregation.

Pupils from Years 7, 8 and 9 receiving their "Make a Difference" Awards from Shelagh and Peter Bagshaw, Trustees of Dan's Trust.

The Year 7 and Year 8 Indoor Athletics teams excelled in the recent HRV competition with boys' and girls' teams gaining second place.

Well done to the U16 Girls' Badminton team who won the HRV tournament. The U16 Boys' were runners up.
